Best public hospital in London? I have to get my wisdom teeth extracted – what hopsital should I go to?
I was in St Barts at The Royal London a few days ago to meet one of the oral surgeons to talk about getting my wisdom teeth extracted. The hopsital is absolutely gross, and all the people in the waiting room looked like drug addicst. I also hate the area of London it’s in (Whitechapel) – it looks like downtown Calcutta. I hate it.
Can anyone recommend a good public hospital in London where I can get them out and somewhere that won’t freak me out by being filled with the lower dregs of society?
I had a wisdom tooth pulled late last year at Kings College Hospital in south London. I’d had one pulled previously a few years before at a different hospital which was a complete nightmare so i was feeling quite anxious when i had to have another one out. I felt so at ease at Kings and i came away quite surprised how easy and painless it was. I didn’t feel as if i was going to catch anything nasty there either.
