Did you have trouble getting birth certificate of parents planned "if you used the names of donors and an alternate in India? The donor is my sister and substitute an Indian. There needs to be a legal document stating that the legal parents, perhaps a local lawyer to draft an order declaring that you parents and her husband's legal parents. If the judge grants it, in this legal document can be used for the hospital (who want to make decisions for your baby during birth) and birth certificate.
