I wish to donate my eyes and body [after my death] to any institution who will accept this gesture.?
I am 75 years old , healthy and fit. My eyes were operated for Catract and now they are as good as new. I shall proceed for legal formalities once I know the receipant, and the address. Since eyes are to be taken within two hours of person`s death only institutions/medical colleges/or hospitals can be helpful. Just tell your doctor you want to be a donor -he will give you a card to carry in your wallet or on your drivers license then everyone will know what you wish.My husband has one in his wallet and also a notice on his drivers license.
