Can we submit an appeal lodged against the Supreme Court?

Dear friends, We are 100 traders are doing brisk business in form of shops, resorts, hotels, hospitals etc in the national highway 1A Dorah City (Punjab). We received a notice that according to the High Court, was Nhai has entrusted the project to make a six-lane road to Jalapa Panipat according to Phase V of the City of Dorah NHDP.So falls in Class B are supposed to leave 10 yards from the edge of buildings. According to the orders of the DC Ludhiana, all stores had illegal construction after 1995, many demolished. So retailers have stores from 5 to 8 m in length and many more who live with their families .. So we're in big trouble. immediately suggest that what we do and protect our businesses and our families. Can I submit an appeal lodged against the Supreme Court or any other form also mention the lawyer in very familiar with such cases.

As a first step, in terms of law, ensure that shops are legally present in the occupied territories. If so, you can submit application for stay order against the demolition order. It is unclear how the order can be issued directly by the High Court. Means something must have happened in between that. Your question does not say anything about it. According to the decision of the Supreme Court of the Earth can be purchased in the interest of public against compensation. If all that does not protest and a rope polititician and media.
